Bi-Aura Foundation.

Newsletter June 2004

maire
in-depth

First of all, hi to everyone, especially our new members, I do hope you are all in
good form, enjoying the sunshine, happy and busy. With so many of our 130
practitioners online, we feel the newsletter will sadly become a thing of the past
as all information from the Foundation is uploaded onto our website on a daily
basis. However, we hope this newsletter is not too repetitive. Again its great to
connect with you all and a great joy to keep all our members informed of whats
going on. Lovely to hear from so many of you on a regular basis, and yes it
does keep us all on our toes to see many of our members so active.
Corporate business is coming our way, particularly in London and I think it
essential that we structure and put in place some format and basic guidelines for
the benefit of all our members. This will now be given top priority, so we will be
getting back to all A.S.A.P. It is so essential that we all work together and get the
structure right. I would be grateful if interested parties let us know of their
intention of working in the corporate area.
To our new members, do remember we are always here to support you, and if
you achieve some excellent results with case studies, please let the Foundation
know as this will give us a positive footing in the door to approach the media.

Case studies ready to go on the web-site.

Many many thanks to the lovely Emma Jenkins for such hard work and great
professionalism in collating all the case studies and compiling it all to go on the
web. On behalf of us all, a most sincere thanks Emma. It most certainly will
create great interest, with so many people looking on our site to actually read
the benefits of Bi-Aura Therapy in treating different ailments. We urge all our
practitioners to send in any case successful studies no matter how insignificant
you may think they are. The next task is to forward all of it to Jean, who is our
computer expert in London. Jean will create an area on the website to
accommodate this new development. May I also take this opportunity to
congratulate and thank my long suffering friend Jean for his most professional
work in creating an excellent website. Thank you again Jean.

Professional Development Weekend for all our members.

Without a doubt the highlight of the year for everyone. We have booked this
year in London the delightful Kairos Centre, Mount Angelus Road, Roehampton
(near Putney) London SW15 4JA. The date for all your dairies: the weekend of
Friday 26th until Sunday 28th November 2004.
Come on you Irish team! It wouldnt be the same without your great contribution,
so hopefully we will see as many of you as possible. On a practical level, we will
ask the Irish practitioners to book their own flights, there are now such good
bargains, so do shop around and book early; I fly regularly to Ireland and flights
can be as cheap as 10.00 each way!

Future plans for the Bi-Aura Foundation.

Many of you will know of our great success in Canada, this was only brought
about by the lovely Violetta who made it all possible. Michael Dalton went out
for a week and was made to feel so welcome, not to mention the Bi-Aura
Therapy which was received with great enthusiasm and was the busiest stand at
the exhibition. On the strength of this success we plan to start our Bi-Aura
Training in Canada in the spring of next year. Great times ahead for many of us.

Now its time for thanks to so many.

A most sincere and warm thanks to my dear colleagues Michael, Lynnie and
most recently Dan for their unfailing and great professionalism in running the

training courses. As you know, by

now we have been awarded A Level
status by Open College Network in
the U.K. for the Bi-Aura training
courses. We have since learned that it
is the only course ever to have been
awarded the highest units of 18. Most
courses hoping for accreditation
going through the Open College
Network meet the curriculum of 15
units. What joy to learn we have
achieved the ultimate points. The
greatest thanks must go to Lynnie for
achieving this award for the
Foundation.

The Bi-Aura Evaluation Forms

On behalf of all the team, it gives me

great pleasure to warmly thank
Eunice Goodwin for her very valued
work in putting together the
evaluation forms.
It really is critical that we all take
these forms seriously and send them
to her on a regular basis. Simply
said, these forms are all thats
between us and recognition by
orthodox medicine. If we do not have
the forms we cannot go forward to
audit and evaluation stage. Please
read the letter from Eunice regarding
the evaluation forms.

Honorary members

We are delighted to welcome three

new distinguished honorary members
- Dr Deepak Chopra, Jan De Vries
and last but not least a great thanks
to Professor Jayne Goddard President
of the C.M.A. who has also kindly
accepted the invitation to also become
an honorary member.

Finally from the heart!!

A warm thank you to each and

everyone of you for all your kind
encouragement and support. Running
the Foundation has always had
moments of great joy and buzz and
at times experiences of deep despair
and anguish. However, I will
endeavour to continue and play a
part in moving Bi-Aura forward to the
next stage for the benefit of all our
members. It is a great joy and a great
privilege to lead this Foundation,
surrounded by great professional
advice and support; I will continue
doing so to the best of by ability.
Love and Light to every one of you.

How does Bi-Aura

differ from Reiki?
Lynnie Ridley explains
Obviously there is a similarity in that
both therapies are using energy to
activate the bodys natural ability to
heal itself, as well as being a holistic
treatment. But the Reiki healer acts as
a channel for the life energy which the
recipient of a Reiki treatment absorbs
via the healer.
The recipient will be lying down,
generally on a therapy table, fully
clothed and covered with a blanket.
The therapist will then gently place
their hands in various positions over
the body. Reiki energy will naturally
flow to the areas where it is needed
most, adjusting itself according to the
needs of the recipient.
In Reiki treatment, use is made solely
of a concentrated form of cosmic
energy.
In contrast, Bi-Aura therapy uses both
cosmic and earth energy to energise

and balance the body and much of

the session will be conducted in an
upright or seated position. When a
client is bedridden the techniques are
adapted accordingly.
There is little or no physical contact,
as the practitioner works mainly off
the body in the energy field, the main
focus being to draw trapped or
blocked energy out of the energy
matrix.
Once this energy has been dispersed,
and the natural flow of energy
restored, the practitioner will channel
cosmic and or earth energy as
appropriate.
Clients are asked to commit to a
course of a minimum of four sessions.
These sessions follow a structured
format with more powerful techniques
being introduced as the clients body
adjusts to the new energy flow.

L e t t e r f r o m Ly n n i e
Hi everyone,
Things have been going really well this year and I just seem to get busier and
busier. The animal side of my practise is developing all the time. As a
consequence of the article in Horse I have been able to share my good
fortune with you all by referring enquirers to practitioners in their area and a
lot of you have told me that they have been contacted direct from the website.
It is my personal mission to build this side of Bi-Aura because of my love for
animals predominantly, but also as a way for members to expand their
practice as I find that people are generally more willing to spend money on
their animals well being than they are on their own (myself included).
A lot of members have expressed a wish for training in working with animals,
so I am proposing to run one day courses for interested parties. These days
will include animal communication as well as techniques and because of the
sensitivity of animals, I feel only small groups of up to 6 would be
appropriate. If you are interested please get in touch with me and I will collate
addresses to arrange venues that are accessible.
