Description -Understand organization structures, hierarchy in
terms of grades, job roles and demographic details of
employees. Achieve high speed market mapping and give
relevant & researched data to support search on a mandate.

Associate Consultant
Build a strong & wide network of candidates. Apply market
inputs to fine tune search & convert high calibre candidates for
assigned mandates successfully within tight timelines.
Be updated regarding industry trends & organisational changes
(compensation hikes, appraisal results, management structures

etc).Evolve & refine ability to engage with candidates to


become a Real consultant who can build careers
Advise companies on best human capital management
practices.
Helps clients strategically integrate effective HR processes,
programs and practices into their daily operations
Perform internal reviews and audit of current systems and
policies.
Perform quality assurance checks.
Deliver surveys to employees.
Conduct investigations and research into reclassification and
