The protection of industrial concrete floors where the

prevention of dusting, sealing against occasional oil
and grease spillages, and an easily cleaned surface
is required. Recommended for light industrial use in
low traffic areas.

All concrete surfaces subject to dusting, where light

industrial traffic or wear, or where minor oil and
grease spills are expected.

CALGROUT NO. 7 is a non-shrink grout which can

be used at flowing consistency without bleed or
segregation. It is also non-metallic and does not
result in rusting or discolouration.

Cementaid CALRES 120

Cementaid CALRES120 is an acrylic resin in a

penetrating solvent, and does NOT contain any
silicone resins.

HOW TO SPECIFY:

FOR APPLICATION SERVICE:

All surfaces to be thoroughly dry and free of all oil

and grease. Brush down to remove all surface dust
and loose matter. Apply one or two coats of
Cementaid CALRES 120, depending on the
porosity of the floor, at the rate of 4-5m2 per litre.

the desired consistency then rammed or flowed into
place.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Flowable, easy placed non-shrink grout which attains
high early and ultimate strengths. It also does not
contain chlorides, iron filings or aluminium powder.

Precise final positioning of column and machine

bases.
Grouting of rock anchors with greater bond
between grout and rock surface.
Filling tie rod holes.
Grouting joints between precast concrete units,
so as to maintain specified spacing.
Setting handrails, bolts, seats, etc.
Pressure grouting repairs.

MIXING & COVERAGE:

A 25kg bag of CALGROUT NO. 7 will require
approximately 4.25 litres of water to produce 11 litres
of pourable, non-shrink grout. Final setting time at 30
degrees C is approximately 4 hours and 10 minutes.

TYPICAL STRENGTHS:
Cementaid CALRES 120 is best applied by brush,
short-nap lambswool roller, or knapsack spray.
Equipment should be cleaned with solvent based
thinners such as Xylol.
EFFECTS:

The degree of shrinkage/expansion will depend, to

some extent, on curing, but will usually be less than
0.02% longitudinal expansion under restrained
conditions.

NOTE:

A clear semi-glaze impregnation which dissolves

most types of efflorescence and enhances the
natural colour of the concrete. Dust proofs the floor
and seals it to resist staining from occasional
spillages.

CALGROUT NO. 7 should be thoroughly cured for 7

days to produce best effects. Water curing is
preferred, but if not practical, a CALCURE curing
membrane is advised.

For heavy duty or high wear, exterior applications, or

for coloured applications, we recommend you specify
and use Cementaid ROKITE, or Cementaid LB9.
