On the.court’s own motion, the Decision and Order Sealing Documents in this matter filed
on December 15, 2006, is modified by inserting the words, "and until he has shown proof
satisfactory to the State Bar Court of his rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability
in the general law pursuant to standard 1.4(c)(ii), Standards for Attorney Sanctions for Professional
Misconduct," following the words "period of probation," which appear in condition number "1,"
on page 8.
The omission of the words, "and until he has shown proof satisfactory to the State Bar Court
of his rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law pursuant to
standard 1.4(c)(ii), Standards for Attorney Sanctions for Professional Misconduct" on page 8 of the
decision is a typographical error. On page 2 of the Decision and Order Sealing Documents, it is
clearly stated that respondent will "be placed on probation for five years on conditions that include
his actual suspension for two years and until he has shown proof satisfactory to the State Bar Court
