WORK PROFILE FOR DUCTS:

1. Surface cleaning with iron brush.

2. Remove which is loose particulars.
3. Removed area repair with polymer modified mortar.
4. We are applying one bonding coat with using Latex and cement 1:1 ratio.
5. Laying polymer modified mortar on the bond coat surface.

II CEMENT INJECTION GROUTING:

1. Drilling the surface.
2. Fixing pvc pipes.
3. Cement injection using with grouting add mixer powder Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM.
4. After 24 hours we remove pvc pipes and close the holes with polymer modified
mortar.

1. Applying polymer coating 2 coats with Dr.Fixit pidifin 2k.

2. Polymer mortar screeding and polymer coating maintain with slope.
WORK PROFILE FOR EXPENSION JOINTS:
1. Remove existing expansion joints.
2. Surface cleaning with iron brush.
METHOD OF APLLICATION:

Joint edges should be sound and free from grease or oil contaminations. If
palled, it should be rectified properly by using polymer mortar or epoxy
mortar.
Use a closed cell polyethylene foam sheet or rod as a back up material. Back
up material is used to adjust width to depth ratio and falling of sealant while
application. Ex: Thermocoal sheet can be used as back up material.

Fix a bond breaker tape over the backup material to prevent third surface
adhesion.

Fix a masking tape on both sides of joint surface to get neat & clean
appearance of joints after application of sealant.

PRIMING: Applying one coat polysulphide primer using with Dr.Fixit Pidiprime A.
APPLICATION:

Filling groove with polysulphide Dr. Fixit pidiseal PS 41G.

Groove maintains 24mm width 12mm depth.

After filling polysulphide sealant providing protecting layer using with Dr. Fixit
Torchshield.
