Professional Experience:
Having a professional experience of approximately 11 Years (6 out of which is in Saudi Arabia and 5 in Pakistan), for
different International & Saudi Companies (EPC Contractors) in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Plants Projects, in the
field of Electrical & Instrumentation (Construction and QA/QC).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of Quality Control Plan to identify and establish objectives and requirement for continue implementation witness
(E & I) procedure, calibrations of instruments, cable laying, conducting, meggering and continuity testing, loop checking as
per SAES, QA/QC NEC and other related code standards.
Inspection and test surveillance for the material utilized in (E & I) for construction activities for the following system. Including
Hazardous (classified) location as per NEC with owner- Mechanical power distribution,MV& LV Switch gear, lighting and
small power pnal, grounding cable trays, conduits, LV & MV cables, impulse and signal tubing and Termination Materials.
Conducting surveillance for Construction Activities and site queries such as SDQ (Site Design Query) ECR (Engineering
Change Request) FCR (Field Change Request) and NCR (Non Conformance) Cables above mention, laying Report).
Preparation of instrumentation loop packages QCPs, ITPs and implements Quality Standard.
Inspection and test surveillance for the material utilized in cathodic protection system cross country pipelines and inside
plant e.g.
PROFESSIONAL SKILL
Electrical and Instrumentation Construction/Inspection Management skills.
Familiar with NEC, ISA, IEEE, PIP, NEMA and API Standards and Codes.
Familiar with SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, SAIP, SAED, SAIC and SATIP.
Site Acceptance Test, loop checks, Dry & Wet Function Test, commissioning and start-up of all Electrical and Instrumentation
control systems.
Inspection and verification of Electrical/Instrumentation Material as per Construction package.
Hands on experience with DCS systems, Safeguarding, Fire & Gas System, Condition Performance & Monitoring System
and Gas Turbine control systems.
Inspection of Cable Trays, Conduits, Instruments stands, Junction Box, Marshalling Cabinets, Pneumatic Tubing, Impulse
Lines and Pneumatic Air System.
Inspection of termination for Fields Instruments, Junction Boxes, and marshaling Panels.
Calibration, Loop Checking, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Conventional and Foundation Field bus Instruments.

Excellent Technical, Documentation and Communication skills.

Quality control and Electrical and Instrumentation design review competence inclusive of engineering drawings, loops
drawing, junction box layouts, system configuration, Instrument cable schedule, Hook-up drawing, Plot & Piping plan and

JOB RESPOSBILTIES
Coordinate & oversee the construction of E&I work of project.
