Lay garment flat, face up with waistband edges flush so that no dipping occurs at
center.
Measure along top edge of waistband, outside edge to outside edge.
Double for total waist measurement.
QUALITY POINTS
Use ruler.
There should be no slack in the waistband.
Do not stretch waistband.
IF SPECIAL SYTLING, REFER TO MEASUREMENT SPECS

need to be used so that the waistband will lay smoothly.
Fold garment with fly turned to left.
Measure along top edge of waistband, outside edge to outside edge.
QUALITY POINTS
Use ruler.
There should be no slack in the waistband.
Do not stretch waistband.

ELASTIC WAIST (RELAXED) - This is a relaxed measurement. The waistband should be

smooth and flat with no slack, but not stretched.

QUALITY POINTS
Use measurement tape
Garment must lay smooth and flat with no hidden wrinkles or pleats on underside.
