MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION & REGISTRATION
BASIC TERMS OF NOKU MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Here are the basic requirements of the NOKU agreement. Attached is a copy of the written oath that
must be completed by each applicant and submitted to the NOKU-Honbu.
Requirements:
(1) Initial Membership Registration will be $80.00Must be paid on day of sign-up.
Fee includes the first month of lessons, 1 year NOKU membership, and 1 student uniform.
(2) NOKU Membership cost is $25.00 US per year.
Membership status must be held by each practicing member of all NOKU clubs or dojos.
a. Initial Registration: $80
b. Tuition: $55/mo 2 classes per week-per month
c. Tuition: $45/mo 1 class per week per month
d. Private & Semi private: $30/per 1.5hrs or $90/mo
(3) Membership must be paid or updated prior to rank examinations.
(4) The North America Oyama Karatedo Union:Kyokushinkai student promotion test fee shall be $35.00US pass
or fail. Rank given only under the authority of North America Oyama Karatedo Union-International.
(5) The NOKU-Honbu is responsible for membership registrar, certification, patches, belts, and recognition
certificates.
(6) TheNOKU membership fee is to assure that all materials for rank promotion are on hand in a timly fashion.
NOKU membership also includes Membership Certificate and assists in the purchase of proper training
equipment for the NOKU affiliated Dojos
RELEASE
The undersigned, in consideration of being permitted to participate in Kyokushin Karate & Kenkato trainings,
competitions, and/or rank examinations, hereby waives and releases the North America Oyama Karatedo
Union:Kyokushinkai-International, US Kenka Alliance, the City of this State, Aikido of Columbus, this training
facility, Oyama Juku: Kyokushin NOKU-Honbu, and its successors, its members, instructors, affiliates, and facility
providers from any liability for damages due to the loss or damage to property, personal injury, or death which
may occur at such facility for said purpose. The undersigned represents that he/she is fully aware of the risks of
such participation, has no health conditions presenting any increased risk, and has adequate insurance coverage
in force to cover any such loss or damage. This release is binding upon the undersigned and his/her heirs,
executors, and administrators.

disgrace the name of my school and organization and will practice Kyokushin Karate to the best of my abilities.
Should an accident occur, causing bodily harm or injury, I promise not to hold NOKU liable, nor the branch chiefs,
branch school, or the heirs of said organization in which I belong to liable. I hereby swear to faithfully keep to my
duties.
