Correctness is the basic rule for data of a single NE. If data that violates
the rule is delivered to the eNodeB, activation of the data fails.
The basic rule in the CME is consistent with that on NEs. The incorrect
data detected by the CME cannot be delivered to NEs.

Recovery types:
AutoFix: Double-click a data record. > Select the recovery type. > Select AutoFix.
Refresh:
Specify the required information and enable the CME to recover data
Edit: Double-click a data record and modify data in the displayed MOC configuration
table.
None: The CME cannot automatically recover data. Manual data modification is
required.
