1 , <1>, SBS single-stage single suction high head pump

1, perfect structure : heavy type Suspension ,designed
thicker shaft and short cantilever , which make the pumps
have stronger Carrying Capacity . some pumps with double
volute structure can balance the radial force better .
2high efficiency flow passage components of the
pumps are precise stainless steel casting , which is smooth on
the surface , efficient , high quality , strong anti-pressure
capability ,
3,good configuration flexibility flow passage components
of the pumps has different material to choose . flanges are
made according ANSI / PN / JIS standards etc .
4,long life :all bearings are from SKF brand , reasonable
mechanical seals , these make the pumps running highly
stably .
5,low Maintenance cost : back gate structure makes the
maintenance more easy .

<2>, SBS High Inlet Pressure

Booster Pumps
Among some booster pumps of antiosmosis equipments systems, the head is not high ,
but the input pressure can be up to 10 ~60 Bar even
higher . Compared with ordinary pumps, the pumps
have higher pressure-resistant grades, better
mechanical seal structures. ABD SBS type high input
booster pumps can meet different requests of input
pressure. There are various material of Impeller &
pump body to choose from: Gray Cast Iron, Ductile
Cast Iron, Austenitic Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless
Steel etc.

<3>, MPV Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pumps with Small flow & High
Head
Vertical multistage centrifugal pumps with high head & small head is made
with casting technologies .all overflow parts are precision casting which
have stronger anti-pressure , higher corrosion allowance and no material
change on welding spot .this pump applies to deliver pressurized salty
medium and high corrosion medium .according to different medium , There
are various material of Impeller & pump body to choose from: Gray Cast
Iron, Ductile Cast Iron, Austenitic Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel
etc. Flow range of pumps is 10 ~ 200 m3/h . max head 400 m .
Pumps are vertical structure, water into the lower semi-spiral suction-water
chamber, water out from the upper annular pressurized-water chamber.
inlet and outlet of water chambers are independent parts. Direction of inlet
& outlet of water can be regulated to 09080270 and any other
angles according to users requirements . the flanges on inlet & outlet can
be manufactured according to ANS/PN/JIS standards etc .

Main Feature :

(5), Dynamic balance test , keep running stability
MPH horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps
with head are designed by AP1610
standards .which anti-pressure can up to 100
bar. Main application: desalination of sea
water, reverse osmosis high pressure water
treatment etc. 2205 and 2507 are the main
material of Impeller and cover , 304 & 316
material are available .balance drum ,balance
plate , thrust bearing and other measures
were considered enough for balancing axial
force in design of pumps .
This series of pumps flow range : 15~400
m3/h , max head 1000m

<5>, HDS Horizontal Double Suctions Centrifugal Pumps

In high-capacity water treatment systems, double suction
centrifugal pumps significantly improve the efficiency of
pipeline arrangement .
HDS series horizontal double suction centrifugal pumps of
ABD have inlet & outlet water on axial direction whose inlet
& outlet pipes is in lower half to protect the basic and
pipeline systems from maintenance. Rotor with both ends
support structures is stronger than the ones with cantilever
support structures. The series pumps are the ideal to water
treatment, chemical industries, fire-fighting, airconditions ,boats and other industries which have long
lifetime , high efficiency, reasonable structures ,lower
running cost ,easy maintenance etc

(1),volute pump body , top half and bottom

half ,inlet & outlet in bottom half , no disassemble
the basic and pipeline systems when
maintenance .
(2), high head pumps with double volutes design,
balancing running force on axial direction, make
the mechanical seal and bearing longer lifetime.
(3), design pressure has 16 bar and 20 bar, pump
body has hydraulic tests under 1.5 times design
pressure.
(4), the Impeller with double suctions, whose
hydraulic design is verified by CFD and casting is
made by precision technologies, makes the
roughness of runners surface under Ra25.
(5), on the design of structures of rotor
components, impeller & shaft sleeve & shaft are
connected by key and fixed by lock nut.
(6), by balancing test for rotor components, run
more smoothly .
(7), replacing structures of the mechanical seal is
available, which make maintenance more easy
and low the components cost.
(8), shaft seal has mechanical seal and packing
seal, it is available to maintenance without
disassemble the pumps cover.
(9), structure of bearing body is separated from
pump body, which make it available to replace
shaft, sleeve and other components without
disassemble the pump body.
(10), bearing has configurations for grease
lubrication and thin oil lubrication.

<6>, SBY Submerged Pumps

ABD SBY submerged pumps are widely supplied to water treatment,
painting industry , chemical industry , metallurgy industry etc which
have many advantages , such as reasonable structures , reliable
running ,high efficiency , long lifetime etc .
Rolling bearing installed above medium on submerged pumps has
many different material to choose from, like bronze , silicon carbide
etc. Thicker shaft diameters make the running smoothly. Submerged
pumps can be lubricated with medium, if the medium has granules ,
submerged pumps can take clean water from outside for lubrication ,
which improve the lifetime higher . Submerged pumps with rolling
bearing can be supplied to medium with impurities.

<7>, SBSCV Vertical Pumps

is single stage vertical structure . pump
body is connected directly with electrical
motor through short shaft ,which has
more tight structure .
Back gate makes maintenance easy .
