My goal is team working for design, fabrication and installation of
chemical equipments and process design for manufacturing of chemicals
and nanotechnology jobs.

Summary of work experience

invention of a method for manufacturing of USP grade Potassium

Iodide and scaling up it to industrial production for owner.
-Design and manufacturing of heat exchangers for recuperative process
for air preheating of burners for industrial furnaces up to service
temperature of 1000 degree centigrade for weapon Fajr industries.
- Design and fabrication and installation of quenching process and
equipments for heat treatment department of weapon Fajr industries
-design and fabrication and installation of natural gas fired heat treatment
furnaces with a diameter over than 2 meter and 4 meter height weapon
Fajr industries .
-designing and fabrication of wet scrubber based on venture ejector
method for refining of hot flue gases for pollutant industries.
- Designing of process plant for fabrication of mixed fertilizers
equipments.
- Invention of a method for manufacturing of USP grade copper sulfate
from ore for owner.
- Consulate for small scale chemical industry for trouble shooting of
process and selection of equipments buying chemicals and so on.

with a service temperature up to 1700 degree centigrade for Jula Sanaat
Company.
-Design and fabrication of production line for chromium-zirconium
copper alloy for spot welding for owner.
- Design and fabrication and installation of bag filter for chlorine alkali
unit in Shiraz petrochemical complex.
- Design and fabrication of many dies for casting injection-cutting and
forming..
-Design of aeration system for fish farms for increasing carrying capacity
for Abzi Parvar Company.
Design and fabrication of rotary drum filter for Abzi Parvar Company.
Consulate of Abzi Parvar Company for aeration, laboratory tests and
water purificaation processes.
-Direct manager in HOT ISOSTATIC PRESS design team. This system
has fallowing specifications:
Working pressure: 1200 bar
Working temp: 1160 degree centigrade
Temperature accuracy: -/+5 degree centigrade
Hot zone: 80 cm diameter and 80 cm height.
Vacuum: 10E-3 bar
- Design and fabrication of high performances and proportional hydraulic
