I supervise and administer personnel actions including but not limited to the inprocessing
and outprocessing of personnel, submitting pay for personnel, addressing and correcting
pay and administrative issues, regularly updating personnel records, and managing
reporting requirements on personnel strength and readiness. I am responsible for
maintaining personnel records across multiple on-line databases, in addition to the

manpower and resources of the company to ensure that all missions and operations
are staffed and equipped to achieve success. I coordinate with schoolhouses to ensure
that students are properly resourced and administratively prepared to attending to
the training as per the schoolhouse's requirements. I supervise the conduct of training
and ensure that schedules are distributed and time lines are met. I liaison with multiple
agencies and facilities to schedule usage of facilities and prevent resource allocation
conflicts.

Psychological Operations Detachment Leader (2008 - present)

Provides direction, mentoring, coaching, and guidance to an 18-person Psychological


Operations Detachment in a global environment. Oversees the collection, analysis,
and implementation of specific local-area demographic information used to sell civil
programs and initiatives to local civic leaders and governmental organizations. Assigns
tasks to teams based on organizational priorities and staffing needs. Coordinates
the acquisition of supplies, equipment, food, lodging, and medical appointments for
the entire detachment. Builds reports and presentations to meet executive-level information
needs regarding our daily operations, ongoing projects, and planned initiatives.

Selected Contributions:
1) Successfully oversaw a diverse 18-person detachment in acquisition, allocation,
and maintenance of over $15 million in equipment and vehicles.

means of producing and distributing over 75 million printed products over 9 months.

Information Management Officer (2008)

Conducted small-scale network administration for a 10-node office in Iraq. Regularly patched and updated
network computers based upon vulnerability reports produced by Retina Security Scanner. Managed IP, port
assignments, and account access for up to 35 personnel on 7 Windows XP Laptops. Installed drivers and
managed network path assignments for 3 network printers, one of which being a RISO 4400HT high-volume
printer. Performed regular maintenance for computers and printers connected to our network.

Selected Contributions:
1) Successfully implemented smart card-based login protocol on all machines, including educating network users
on how to access their accounts after the restrictions were emplaced and how to maintain their access rights.
2) Successfully coordinated with higher-echelon installation-level network management to implement and install
a fiber optic backbone to our building, providing additional redundancy and greater capacity to support the
surrounding offices with network connectivity.

Language Program Manager: (2007 - present)

Collects and disseminates information regarding upcoming language training opportunities


and events. Selects candidates for language training based upon aptitudes measured
by a standardized test, work ethic, interest in learning, and professionalism. Manages
the development and progress of selected trainees and mentors them in continuing

Collected, analyzed, and incorporated local demographic data in the development and
implementation of campaigns designed to influence the local population's perceptions,
