Learning to play ultimate. The objective is to score points by receiving or making passes to teammates to reach the
opponent's end zone.

Norms/rules:
Two systems are almost identical rules in common use: UPA rules used in North America and WFDF rules used in
other parts of the world. The two sets of rules are the same in almost everything, with some minor differences. This
section provides a description of the rules that are common between the two systems. For more specific details see
the official website of the relevant organizations listed at the end of the article. The Ultimate is a non-contact sport
played by two teams of seven people each.
The objective of the game is to score points.
A point is scored when the ball inside the box annotation is received and no contact of any body part within the
area that is being attacked.
Frisbee or "Frisbee" is moved only through passes or shots, because the shooter is allowed to walk or run with the
disc.
When a pass is incomplete, intercepted, blocked, thrown to the ground or touches one of the areas outside the field
there is a change of possession.
To start a game one of the two teams put the disc into play, throwing it as far as possible without it leaves the
boundaries of the field.
On the site where the disc falls to the ground the receiving team gains possession of it and thus becomes the
attacking team; the other team will therefore be the defending team.

History
Ultimate is a competitive sport without contact between players, which is played in teams with a frisbee and zone is
similar to American football. Players cannot walk or run while having the disc in hands. The Ultimate is distinguished
by its principle of "Spirit of the Game" (bambo-Colombia's biggest winner spirit of play) (or principle of fair play),
high yield and joy of the game. The ultimate collects elements of soccer, basketball and football, replacing the ball by
a flying disc (frisbee). One of its most striking features is the absence of a referee; sport is regulated by the
sportsmanship of each player and team. Its origins date back to the US academia 60s, introduced in Europe in the
early 80s globally it is estimated that there are 300,000 players distributed in about 5000 computers.
The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF), founded in 1985, is the international body responsible for sports Frisbee. It
is a federation of International Associations of Frisbee, not individual members, and is responsible for events such as
world championships, regulations and rules, or standardization of records of the world.
