Legal Vehicle Approvals & Control (LVAC) application will support transaction management
for Special Purpose Entities (SPE) and associated Legal Vehicles.LVAC provides enhanced
functionality for users to submit, approve, validate and close transactions.In addition, LVAC will
offer robust reporting capability to meet regulatory and audit requirements, including quarterly
disclosure information LVAC aims to collect accurate data, enhance approval process, and
streamline validation activities by implementing the following key solutions:
Improve user interface and offer guidance to help users determine the correct
transaction Type and approval path of SPE or Legal Vehicles.
Establish systematic integration to other Citi system such as STEP to leverage data
quality and meet completeness requirement.
Enhance quarterly validation process: allow for smooth transition from business
validation period to product control validation period; allow system administrator to
define validation period. LVAC will develop system administrator tools too

Intellect-WMS was created to provide wealth management services to the Private
banks to cater to their investment needs by providing trading options across various investment
classes.
Mutual Funds System is designed to address the needs of Fund Distributors/Investment
Managers/Fund Houses. MF System is primarily designed for Mutual Funds Distribution. System
will be accessible via Point of Sales/Distributing branches. At a high level, the system provides
portfolio valuation, fund distribution and reconciliation services.

Description:
FOX is a global, client/server system used by front, middle and back office for the
pricing, trading and management of FX Options deals within the Global Corporate Investment
Bank (GCIB) and beyond. This Project involves developing new functionalities, roll outs and
supporting Citigroup in their global initiatives on Fox application.
Trading happens by booking the deals through FOXPluto, which is a VC++ tool, talks with
the database by connecting to Deal server component, has a number of EJBs deployed in
weblogic server, which provide services to the client and talk to an Oracle database at the back
end. The server also provides market data, such as exchange rates,
interest rates and
volatilities.There is also a large and complicated batch process, the "PnL Run" which currently
runs for eight trades zones, After the completion of the each zone, corresponding reports and
hand offs can generated and dispatched with their ftp servers. The FOX system is deployed
globally in over 40 countries
