GLOBAL CITIZEN

AIESEC in Curitiba

History

In May 15th, 1985, a group of youngsters decided

they wanted to bring relevant experiences to other
people in Curitiba.
Thats how AIESEC started in our city.
It wasnt easy, and it was expected, because building something from scratch requires patience, dedication and, most of all, purpose.
This year, we achieve something special:

30 years

Working on a purpose that gets us out of bed

every day. Creating powerful leadership stories and
making a difference in the life of others.
We are AIESEC in Curitiba!

Dear
Trainee

First of all, let us just say how honoured we

are you decided to get to know more of our LC
and our projects.
We truly hope, from our hearts, that youll find
Curitiba the exact place for you to develop your
leadership.
We are preparing everything with extra care
so, when you come, you can find a warm place
to live and a great project to impact.
This booklet is for you. Enjoy!
And remember:
Dare yourself to change the world
Best regards,
AIESEC in Curitiba.

Projects

Working in GCDP ICX was a truly rewarding experience,

What

do they have
to say?

maybe one of the most intense and rewarding during my

whole stay in AIESEC. Seeing the trainees talk about how
joyful and happy they were, and seeing some of the most
sincere smiles of my whole life, really made me notice
how true and giving the work we do is.

Andr Vallim - Delivery Manager 2014.1

I met a dozen of new friends here and had the most

wonderful experience. The children were talented and extremely cute, and I wish to share all my time with them.
I have learned a lot of things about cooperation and leadership, and management as well, is of equal importance.
The whole time in Brazil will become my very precious life
experience.
