To the Custodian of Records or FOIA Officer, FCC:

This is a request under the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (5 USC 552) for
the procurement of documents for inspection and dissemination to the public. Specifically, this
request seeks:
A copy of any and all user manuals for the following items manufactured by the
Harris Corporation:
-

Device bearing FCC ID NK73092523 (StingRay)

Device bearing FCC ID NK73100176 (KingFish)
Device bearing FCC ID NK73166210 (StingRay II)
The manuals were submitted to the FCC by the Harris Corporation on or around May
4, 2010 as part of the companys authorization application with the agency.

The requester prepared to pay up to $25 for the procurement of said documents. However,
as a member of the news media, the requester seeks a waiver of costs associated with the
procurement of the requested documents pursuant to 47 CFR 0.470(a)(2)(i). The requestor
intends to distribute the information as a representative of the news media in a story or series
of stories that serve(s) the public interest and understanding.
The requester is seeking a copy of records in electronic format, if available. If not available,
the requester seeks a copy of records in paper format, or another format easily reproducible by
the agency. Such documents can be e-mailed to matthew@sactownmedia.com or mailed to
