1. Introduction
ATK-31 is a Hout crude oil tank located in Ratawi area. The outlet line of the tank was misaligned
due to static stress and displaced by 60mm in its axis. The expansion bellow was severely damaged so
that it can no longer be put to service.

2. Scope of work
1. Alignment of pipeline back to its original position and replace the damaged expansion bellow
with a new expansion bellow and pipe spool as per directions.
2. To demolish three of the existing pipe support.
3. Installation of new pipe support structures (i.e. PS-01, PS-02, PS-03 & PS-04 and dummy
support) as per drawing.
4. Installation of four pairs of guide members, in order to prevent lateral movement of pipe.
5. Installation of limit stops structures for preventing the axial movement of the pipeline.
