Project Description:
Done THREE months summer project under the supervision of Dr. D.S Patil, in the Laser
and Plasma Division on project titled,

MICROWAVE ECR PLASMA DIAGNOSTICS AND PECVD OF DLC.

The plasma was characterized using Langmuir Probe Diagnostics. I also learnt how to
deposit DLC and Metal Oxide films on Si substrates.
