SB RESOLUTION NO. 028-2015

DECLARING AS VALID AND OPERATIVE IN THEIR ENTIRETY THE HEREUNDER
ENUMERATED BARANGAY AND SKTF BUDGETS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2015.

WHEREAS,

submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay for approval on review

pursuant to Section 333 of RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government
Code of 1991, are the following barangay and SKTF budgets, to wit:

after thorough review and deliberation, the same were found to be in order since
said ordinances embodying their respective budgets were passed in accordance
with the prescribed powers vested upon the concerned Sanggunian, hence,
recommended for their approval;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:

RESOLVED,

as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in

session assembled, to declare as it hereby declares as valid and operative in their
entirety for CY 2015, the above-enumerated budgets of barangay and SKTF.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Councils of the above-named Barangays and SKTF are hereby
informed that this review action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is
specifically prohibited by or inconsistent with the provision of law.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the concerned Barangay
Councils, through their respective Punong Barangays, the Municipal Budget
Officer, Municipal Accountant and other concerned offices, for their information
and guidance.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this 2nd day of March, 2015 on motion of the sponsoring Committee
Chairman, Hon. Councilor Ricky S. Matza, and unanimously seconded by the
body during their 9th Regular Session.
