DeSSA Student Survey (Grade 11)

About the Survey
The objective of the DeSSA Student Survey is to collect information about the Smarter
assessments and related activities. We are expecting that all students who have just finished the
Smarter English language arts/Literacy and mathematics tests will take the survey. The survey
results will be summarized at the state and district levels. No individual responses will be
identified and/or used for other purposes.
Please follow the instructions from your teacher to (1) make sure that you are on the right survey
for the grade that you are currently enrolled; and (2) enter the district code provided by your
teacher in the Box below before starting the survey.
