Cost Of Application : Rs.110

10% cost of the plot should be sent along with the application &
the confirmation order will be issued within a month for the date of
application. On receipt of allotment, 15% cost of the plot will have to
be paid within a month. 90% cost of the plot will also be accepted on
receipt of allotment. If allotment is made on hire purchase basis the
duration of repayment period is 5 years with 12% rate of interest.
Lump sum payment is also accepted during installment period. Monthly
installment can be paid by cheque also. Financial cost is fixed. Only in
the case of extend of land excess over & above the allotment order, in
that case only liable to pay extend land cost with interest.

Only in case of death name transfer is
