Imaging

Description:
A photo that I took myself to demonstrate my photography
skills.

Objectives:
Demonstrate that I understood the basic principles of
photography. And how to enhance the photo with photoshop.
Process:
I looked around campus taking several photos with my rented
camera. Then I uploaded it to my computer and enhanced the
lighting and color. As well as sharpen my focus areas.

Montage
Description:
A random but organized montage of 3 different photos.

Objectives:
Demonstrate that I could effectively feather and put together 3
different photos.
Process:
I brainstormed, then I sketched, then I went online and found
3 different photos that I liked that matched my sketches. Then I
used photoshop to cut, feather, and blur them together. As well as
change their color and shape.

Event Ad
Description:
An add promoting an event, made up or real. I chose an event called
skyward fashion show.

Adobe indesign, publiser, and photoshop.
Objectives:
Learn how to mask a picture into a flier and enhance a picture through
photoshop. Also furthuring my skills with color scheme and typography.
Process:
I scaned a picture from a magazine, then found a background that I
liked. then I used photo shop to change the colors and enhance the
photos. Then I scetched a layout then used adobe and publisher to create
the flier.

Flier
Description:
Black and white flier displaying information on a learship graduate
conference.

Objectives:
Learn how to use adobe and demonstrate acurate typography.
Process:
I sketched many ideas for the overall layout and color scheme then I used
adobe tools to put all of it together in a way I thought pleasing to the eye.

Objectives:
Demonstrate that I could create a business card and make a logo.
As well as use color scheme effectively and follow the rule of design.
Process:
I used illustrator to make the balloon, and Then indesign for the
layout. The background is a decorative font and is the letter V.

Process:
I sketched all the designs in my notebook then looked on
pinterest for some insperation. Then I used indesign tools like
shape, and color, and font to creat three different logos.

Brochure

Description:
A brochure for an app that I made up called Hex Star. A premier star gazing application. Its target audience was everyone of
all ages that liked star gazing. The brochure has a kick stand and
information about the app and if you pull on the
charger piece more information is shown.

Objectives:
To demonstrate my ability to code a website.
Process:
I used codeacademy to learn the basics of coding. Then I used
notepad++ to help me code the website, with the help of templates
provided by my teacher. I then placed my own desired colors,
fonts, and my own logo.
