Roles & Responsibilities:


Involved in configuring the settings for HR functionalities include Personnel
Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and payroll. And
the details configurations in each sub module as follows:
Personnel Administration:

Configured Structures in HR including Enterprise Structures (Company,


Company code, Personnel Areas and Personnel Sub-Areas) Personnel
Structures (Employee Group, Employee sub-Group).
Personal Actions-Hiring, Promotion, Transfer, Separation. Maintained and
Configured the Info-types IT0000, IT0001, IT0002, IT0006, IT0007, IT0009,
IT0041,IT0019, etc, Create Action menu & reason for action.
Created Number range intervals for both Internal & External Numbers using
NUMKR Feature,
Define Info type menus for maintaining and displaying Human Resources
master data.
Maintained HR Master Data using PA30 transaction code.
Maintained the features to default the values like NUMKR-number ranges for
personnel numbers, IGMOD info group modifier, DATAR-Date Specification.

Organizational Management:

Created Organization Structure, Organization Unit , Job, Position, and


assigned relationship between different objects like, position, job, & Org units
using Expert Mode. Created object types as Organization Units, Jobs, and
Positions.
Maintained the Number Ranges(internal) for the organization unit..
Assigning Relationships between different objects like Organization units to
Organization units, Position to Organization units, Jobs to Position and
configured Reporting Structure.

Time Management:

Holiday calendar, Creation of Daily Work Schedules and define Break


Schedules.
Defined Periodic Work Schedules.
Generation of Work Schedule Rules, generate work schedule manually using
PT01.
Assign default work schedule using feature SCHKZ.
Maintain feature TMSTA,QUOMO-quota type selection rule.
Creation of Absences, Counting Rules, Deduction Rules, Quotas, etc.
Generated time quotas by using RPTQTA00.
