Delivered the improvements needed to return the facility back to full compliance for ISO9001 &
ISO14001 including best practices needed in a Job Shop environment.
Implemented more frequent and new version of internal audits. Corporate indentified this version as a
company best practice.
To meet objectives, constantly drove improvement activities Teams, Tools (DMAIC) and Process
Controls. Scrap reduction was a major cost driver in this business.
Relationship management was critical in increasing our customer base. Due to numerous site audits by

finding numerous areas of concern. This resulted in successfully implementing the procedure
corrections and systems improvements needed to be in compliance with the existing AS9100 QMS. A
later audit in 2009 by the registrar was successful.
Jointly with the Process Eng Mgr aggressively drove the continuation improvement program that
expected reduced cost and improved on time delivery.
Establish an owner to handle Customer complaints and returns to improve customer satisfaction in an
environment that was fast paced.
AMPHENOL (Purchased existing Teradyne TCS sites)

2005-2008
Provided leadership for the Nashua, NH Printed Circuit Operations and Nogales, Mexico Flex Assembly
Operations. Areas of responsibilities included PCB Planning, Supply Chain Management, and
Kitting/Stockrooms.
Leadership and accountability for the transition of all equipment and processes for another Amphenol
Business [ACT...Flex Circuit & Assembly] location into the existing Nashua PCB location. The project
met the deadlines and cost estimates including the satisfactory return of two leased facilities to the
owners without any issues.
Executive member of the implementation team for achieving certification of the AS9100 Quality System
and migrating from Oracle to the Cimnet (Paradigm) enterprise system. These critical business
objectives were achieved on schedule.

Summary: Progressive advancement from Materials Mgr to Operations and Supply Chain Management
Roles. Located at several sites (Assembly) Nashua, NH, (Printed Circuit Boards) in San Diego, CA
and Nashua, NH facilities.

Deployed the migration and training of a commodity/technical team for purchasing Printed Circuit
Boards from to our assembly site in Shanghai, China. Achieved the primary objectives of having the
site capable of purchasing boards from qualified suppliers. Jointly with Engineering developed a
Product Technology Roadmap for Printed Circuit Boards as one of the objectives to assist purchasing.
Accountable for the Lean Implementation of the Supply Chain & Planning portions using key tools such
as Kaizens, FIFO, Kanban and Dashboards.
Jointly led and developed a successful Acquisition Plan with a divisional team for the eventual
purchase and transition of a Printed Circuit site in San Diego, CA and a Laminates Composite business
in La Verne, CA.
At the San Diego site provided strong leadership and project management skills to complete a muchfocused commitment to a plant conversion schedule. Changed the culture through constant
communications in the transformation from a family owned business into part of Teradyne's high
technology products and continuous improvement strategies.
Needing improved gains in scrap reduction at the PCB site, used a joint team to implement a work
center approach where the Manager would own but the Manufacturing and Engineering resources.
Results achieved the improved cost reductions and also realized improved coordination on equipment
installation and production management.
