Even DEMONS acknowledge JESUS as the Son of God

Matthew 8:28

When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes,[c] there met
Him two demon-possessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one
could pass that way. 29 And suddenly they cried out, saying, What have we to do with You,
Jesus, You Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?

If a Jesus is the Son of God, then He is a partaker of the Fathers glory, and He is LORD
himself.

And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the GLORY THAT I HAD
WITH YOU BEFORE THE WORLD EXISTED. John 17:5 ESV

At this they exclaimed, Now we know that you are demon-possessed! Abraham died and so
did the prophets, yet you say that whoever obeys your word will never taste death. 53 Are you
greater than our father Abraham? He died, and so did the prophets. Who do you think you
are?

Jesus replied, If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as
your God, is the one who glorifies me. 55 Though you do not know him, I know him. If I said I
did not, I would be a liar like you, but I do know him and obey his word. 56 Your father
Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing my day; he saw it and was glad.

You are not yet fifty years old, they said to him, and you have seen Abraham!

Very truly I tell you, Jesus answered, before Abraham was born, I am!

Jesus answered, If I honor Myself, My honor is nothing. It is My Father who honors Me, of
whom you say that He is your[m] God. 55 Yet you have not known Him, but I know Him. And if I
say, I do not know Him, I shall be a liar like you; but I do know Him and keep His word.

Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad.

Then the Jews said to Him, You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?

Jesus said to them, Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.

do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he? They said to him, The son of David. 43 He
said to them, How is it then that David, in the Spirit, calls him Lord, saying,

The Lord said to my Lord,

Sit at my right hand,
until I put your enemies under your feet?
45

If then David calls him Lord, how is he his son? 46 And no one was able to answer

him a word, nor from that day did anyone dare to ask him any more questions.

about the Christ? Whose Son is He?
They said to Him, The Son of David.

He said to them, How then does David in the Spirit call Him Lord, saying:

The LORD said to my Lord,

Sit at My right hand,
Till I make Your enemies Your footstool?[f]

If David then calls Him Lord, how is He his Son? 46 And no one was able to

answer Him a word, nor from that day on did anyone dare question Him anymore.

While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, 42 What do you think about the
Messiah? Whose son is he?
The son of David, they replied.

He said to them, How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him Lord? For he
says,

The Lord said to my Lord:

Sit at my right hand
until I put your enemies
under your feet.[e]

If then David calls him Lord, how can he be his son? 46 No one could say a

word in reply, and from that day on no one dared to ask him any more questions.
