JOINT MOTION OF PLAINTIFF NEXUS DISPLAY TECHNOLOGIES LLC

AND DEFENDANTS NEC CORP. AND NEC DISPLAY TO STAY CASE DEADLINES
PENDING FINALIZATION OF SETTLEMENT

Plaintiff Nexus Display Technologies LLC (NDT) and Defendants NEC Corp. and NEC
Display Solutions of America, Inc. (collectively, NEC) hereby file a motion to stay all case
deadlines for 60 days with respect to NDT and NEC in Case No. 2:14-cv-766, which has been
consolidated with Lead Case No. 2:14-cv-762.
NDT and NEC have reached an agreement in principle to settle their pending claims and
respectfully request a stay of all case deadlines pertaining to Case No. 2:14-cv-766 for 60 days
while the parties finalize and execute their settlement agreement. In light of this agreement, the
parties submit that good cause exists for entering a temporary stay in their case.
