Examples:

Normative references to TSBs
By definition, TSB documents are NOT standards and so cannot be
referenced normatively. Must appear in informative references section.
If references are not broken out into sections, TSBs must clearly be noted
as informative references.
Web URL without full name of organization and document.
Web URLs can be listed but the additional information noted above is also
required in case a web link is broken in the future.
References to 3GPP2 specifications (TR-45**)
If a 3GPP2 specification has a transposed TIA equivalent number, then the
TIA equivalent document number must be included in the list of references.
Correct Use of Registered Trademarks
If trademarks are used, permission from the owner of the trademark is
necessary. If a very well known trademark, like Microsoft, Windows,
Linux, is given, then proper attribution needs to be given.
Example:
Windows is a registered trademark of Microsoft, Inc.
(Note that the is to be superscripted)
Correct use of cdma2000 symbol (TR-45**)
Correct use of symbol and required footnote.

Inclusion of software source code


Does the document contain software source code? Does TIA have
copyright permission from the owner to reproduce and use the source
code? Is the source code export controlled?
Figures and Graphics.
Visually review all figures and graphics. Is there missing data?
Missing Links
Use the FIND feature and locate instances of the term Error! Repair
missing links as necessary.
Common Spelling Errors
Example: Document introductions are sometimes referred to as the
FOREWORD. The opposite of backward is FORWARD
Headers/Footers
Headers are to be on odd and even pages to with left and right justification.
They should contain the complete document publication id. For example,
TIA-568-B.2-4.
Omission of Required Watermark
Draft documents require the placement of a DRAFT watermark
throughout the document. Contact your Committee Administrator for more
information.
Safety Claims
A TIA document will never claim that a feature, product or service is
safe. Compliance with safety regulations can be mentioned, but the
regulation to which safety is claimed must be referenced and cited.
