INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
1. This Admit Card is subject to condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature will be cancelled.
2. Check the particulars in the Admit Card carefully. Error, if any, should immediately be reported to Examination Section, AIIMS.
3. Once inside the Examination Centre premises, all candidates w ill be under surv eillance, hence adv ised not to indulge into any
unlaw ful activ ities w hich w ill be monitored & w ill inv ite disqualification and legal action.
4. Candidates must bring one recent stamp size (2 cm x 3 cm) photograph to be handed ov er to the inv igilator. Write name and roll
number on back of photograph w ith the help of pen prov ided by the Inv igilator at the Examination Centre.
5. Candidates must also bring ID proof containing clear photograph and signature.
6. The examination w ill be a Computer Based Test (CBT)/online. Check the seating plan and Identify the Room/Lab allotted as per your
Hall Ticket number.
7. Entry to Examination Hall is strictly subject to production of Admit Card.
8. Pen/pencil, Cell phones, I Pod, portable (external) hard disk, pen driv e, data card, pagers, calculators, w rist w atches, blue tooth or
any electronic dev ices are strictly prohibited. Violation w ill lead to expulsion from the examination. No arrangements hav e been
made at the centres for their custody.
9. Do not bring any kind of w rist w atches. All kind of w rist w atches are strictly prohibited.
10. Do not carry any article, except Admit Card, photograph and any identification proof to prove your identity in the examination hall.
11. Do not attempt to give or obtain assistance of any kind in the examination hall and copying of questions is prohibited.
12. Improper conduct will entail expulsion from the examination.
13. ANSWERING METHOD:
Candidates are adv ised to go through the Mock Test for computer based Test (online examination). Link for mock test is available on
his/her "My Page". Mock test is meant for creating awareness about the test delivery system. Contents, timing & Instruction are for sample
only and actual instruction and other content will be different on the day of the examination.
14. For each correct (MCQ) response, one mark will be awarded. Zero mark will be given for questions not answered.Incorrect answ er w ill
entail negativ e mark of -1/3 (Minus one-third). Any answ er hav ing more than one entry w ill be treated as w rong answ er and
aw arded negativ e marks.
15. Answ ers marked for rev iew w ill not be considered for ev aluation unless sav ed.
16. AIIMS reserves all rights to verify identity and genuineness of each candidate by taking thumb impression and snapshot (photograph) of
the candidate or by any other means.
17. Preserve a copy of the Admit Card until completion of selection process as the same will be collected back at examination centre.
18. Failure to comply with these instructions will entail expulsion/ cancellation of candidature or appropriate legal action.
19. No entry after 09:50 AM. (Exam. Centre Main Gate shall be closed for entry at 9:50 AM)
20. Candidate cannot leav e before completion of computer based test (i.e. 180 minutes)
21. Candidates who have been admitted on "Prov isional basis" are required to submit the deficit documents(s) failing which their
candidature will not be considered.
22. Candidate must confirm the subject/discipline they have applied for after login in online examination. In case of any discrepancy report
to invigilator immediately.
23. Candidate must ensure re-verification of thumb and photograph captured before leaving examination hall after completion of exam.
