Narrative

The above subject was arrested on the listed charges after a

search warrant was executed at his residence and quantities of
cocaine were seized along with digital scales bearing cocaine
residue, packaging material, cash, and other controlled
substances. The warrant execution was a result of a long term
drug investigation lead by Potsdam Police Department DTF
members with the assistance of the Department of Homeland
Security Investigations, and The SLCSO DTF members. PPD was
assisted in the execution of the search warrant by members of
the SLCSO road patrol, Suny Potsdam University Police, the NYS
Police, and Clarkson University Safety and Security. This
investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
