Providing and fixing 12mm thk. Gypsum false ceiling (including cove )and lighting troughs as per
design in G.I. vertical supports at every 450mm c/c and horizontal runners at every 900mm c/c self
taping metal screws to proper line and level.Cost to be inclusive of making holes and required SQFT
framing for fixing electrical fix-tures, A.C. grills etc. complete. G.I. metal frame to be of 26 gauge

PARTITIONS:Providing, constructing & fixing in place full height partitions of overall thickness 75mm thk. with
50mm x 50mm teak wood framing at every 600mm c/c with 6mm thk. commercial ply on both
sides finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make. All wood frame work to be applied with 2
coats of fire retardant paint and 1 coat of wood preservative with anti termite properties. The
measurement will be taken up to the false ceiling visible height in case of full height partition. Teak

FURNITURE-TABLES
Main Specification : All Tables / counters/ work stations to have 19mm block board top and sides
to be with 19 mm comm. ply/board with 1.0 mm laminate finish on exposed surfaces with 0.8 mm
thick laminate inside/all the surfaces instead of painting the surfaces / area, Table top to be of 18mm
thick jet black granite half moulded and polished on all sides , drawer units is to be made from
12mm commercial ply with 1.0 mm laminate finish. The drawers to run on telescopic drawer
channels. Drawer units to have two smaller and one bigger drawers and locking arrangement. Footrest 75x50mm 2nd class cedarwood member to be fixed for each table. The rate to include all
hardware such as drawer channels, SS handles etc. The inside of the table to be provided with 0.8
mm thick laminate (White cream shade). The item also includes a tray for key board running on
telescopic channel, finished with laminate on top and rounded front size 560x450 readymade CPU
trolley with castors etc. complete.

Providing and fixing B. Manager Table as per main specification but finished in 1 mm laminate in
two or more colours. The table front provided with metallic laminate on 12mm ply raised over 1/2"
S.S Studs (Size 1350 x 600 MM approx.). The table size to be 1800x750x750 mm. Side table for
B.Manager also included (900x450mm)
Providing and fixing Officer Tables as per main specification but finished in 1mm laminate in two or
more colors. The table front provided with metallic laminate on Table Size 1500x600x750. . The
work stations to have one drawer unit, Key Board tray, foot rest, stand for CPU etc. complete. side
table included (900x450mm)
Providing and fixing of SWO Counters Table as per main specification with front and side partition of
overall ht 1200 , working counter of 200 wide at 1050mm ht in front side and 12mm thick toughned
glass above working counter as per detail. (table size 4'x2')
Table in Server Room: Providing and fixing Table in Server room of size 5'-0"x2'-0" as per
Architect's drawing and specification with 19mm commerical plywood of approved quality and make
with 1.0 mm laminate approved by Architect. Table shall be provided with drawers, Cable manager
at Top, space for keeping CPU and footrest. All inner face to have laminate of 0.8mm thickness in
offwhite shade of approved make.

PAINTING AND FINISHING:

Providing and applying texture paint of approved make and shade. Rate to include sand papering
to clean the surface, applying double boiled linseed oil / cement primer and lambi putty to full
surface 3 times thereafter painting in required coats of Texture paint.
Providing and applying emulsion paint of approved make and shade. Rate to include sand
papering to clean the surface, applying double boiled linseed oil / cement primer and lambi putty to
