The credits from the original formula are to WIND.

What i did was increase it's precision, by changing the Base_ASPD and, mainly, by adding a term i called "ASPD_Correct
I collected data from my arc bishop, by resetting it's stats and gathering every ASPD values from 151 to 186 just
using DEX/AGI. I also tested with some data from other classes, provided by friends.
The greatest error i registered so far was 3DEX points (1AGI equals about 50DEX in the
ASPD formula, so this error is pretty small, as can be seen in the graphic contained in the tab "Some Data").

Thanks for all who made an effort trying to figure out this formula, i hope i managed to give the "final touch" to it.
