cover undercover officer will follow the first
(active) UC out and provide arrest teams with
updated location information. Arrest teams shall
parallel the Under Cover Officers. Once the
subject in the UC car is arrestable, the active UC
will give the signal and the close cover UC will
alert arrest teams via the radio. At that time,
arrest teams will stop the active UC car and take
the subject into custody.

Description
Undercover officers (UC) will direct uniformed
Arrest Team officers to those locations where
such activity is taking place to ARREST
involved individuals.
Arrest Teams will ARREST the individuals and
based upon the factors of the case, conduct an
investigative stop in which various history
checks on the subjects will be conducted.

Description
Undercover officers (UC) - posing as prostitutes
will have online prostitution ads posting sexual
services at target location. Undercover officers
will be contacted by suspects (Johns) via
phone call and arrange for dates at target
location. . UCs will attempt to solicit a lewd
act in exchange for money from Johns during
phone calls. A surveillance of the exterior of
the location will be conducted by undercover
officers in anticipation of any suspect arrivals
for the purpose of prostitution. Once there is
enough probable cause, UCs will direct arrest
teams to ARREST involved individual.
Suspects will be arrested for 647(b) PC
Solicitation of Prostitution or 653.22(a) PCLoitering for the purpose of prostitution.
Undercover officers (UC) posing as Johns,
will contact suspected prostitutes via phone call
and arrange for dates at target location.
Before the suspects arrive at the designated
motel, UCs will attempt to solicit a lewd act in
exchange for money. Once there is enough
probable cause, UCs will direct arrest teams to
ARREST involved individual. Suspects will be
arrested for 647(b) PC Solicitation of
Prostitution or 653.22(a) PC- Loitering for the
purpose of prostitution.

Description
Female undercover officers will pose as
prostitutes and will be positioned in areas
known for prostitution activity. When
suspected Johns or Pimps solicit the officers
for acts of prostitution, a pre-arranged signal
will be given.

Description
Two undercover officers will enter both
establishments posing as clients. Once the
massage has been completed, the undercover
officers will exit the facility and report if there
were any solicitations for prostitution by any
subjects inside the business, or any other
criminal violations, and/or additional OMC
violations that may have been observed.
Depending upon the violation(s), uniformed
officers will enter and arrest the responsible
parties if prostitution activity is reported by the
undercover officer(s) and/or issue the
appropriate citations.
