suffered from sickle cell anemia, was not only

cure for his sickness. Dr. Michael Wilburn of
the Al Mahdi Shrine and a student of Dr.
Malachi York, found a cure to sickle cell and

Seven people linked to the United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors have filed a federal lawsuit against Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills, saying he did not act
quickly enough on reports that children
were being molested at the group's headquarters.
Sills' delay in investigating the allegations
resulted in the plaintiffs' children suffering
"great pain of mind and body," the comp l a i n t s

The group's leader, Malachi York, was
convicted of molestation and other
charges earlier this year and was sentenced in April to 135 years in prison.
The six filings all consist of a one-page
complaint stating that on Sept. 25, 1998,

In June of 2005 Demolition crews in Putnam County started tearing down the Egiptian Monuments and housing of The Ancient Egiptian Order in what was the Sacred Land of the United Nuwaupian Nation.
The 476-acre parcel was seized in 2004 by the U.S. Government after Dr Malachi Z. York, The Master Teacher of the Nuwaupian Nation and a Nazdir, divine figure to its members, was falsely convicted of racketeering and on six baseless child molestation-related
charges. There was no DNA evidence and the so-called victims have since signed and certified affidavits testifying that the child
molestation charges were lies. Nevertheless Judge Ashley Royal sentenced Dr Malachi Z. York to 135 years in Federal Prison (The
Belly of The Beast).
The 476 acres of Nuwaupian Land located in Eatonton, Putnam County, Georgia is a little more than an hour southeast of Atlanta,
was sold Wednesday for $1,100,000 (one million, one hundred thousand dollars) to a developer, said U.S. Marshal's Service spokesman, Dave Turner. The new owner, Milledgeville developer Lawson Lawrence, plans to sell the property soon. He said the rolling
land made up of pasture, woods, and four lakes would be a perfect "retreat" for somebody.
Sheriff Howard Richard Sills, stalked and harassed Dr. Malachi Z. York during a lengthy investigation and legal battle. The News

The Nuwaupians, guided by Dr. Malachi Z. York built a series of pyramids, obelisks, and statues
on TAMA-RE in Eattonton, Putnam County, in the State of Georgia and then got in repeated legal
and zoning disputes with racist county officials.
At least 200 members lived on the land at one time. However, very few of the Nuwaubians still live
in the area, due to the Gestapo type Raid and illegal confiscation of Land and property.
Athens, Ga. -- The Conspirators against the Nuwaupian Nation, also, confiscated the home of Dr.
Malachi Zodok York who owned a Mansion in Athens, Georgia. It was here that the conspirators
claimed crimes of child molestation had occurred. All Lies!
Dr. Malachi Z. York was even given a false name by the conspirators.Dwight York... after being
railroaded by bigoted Federal Judge Ashley Royal who over sentenced Dr. Malachi Z. York to 135
years in Federal prison. Dr. York is now serving an unjust 135-year prison sentence on federal
charges of child molestation and RICO racketeering charges.
Nuwaupians in the Athens area continue to show up and check out the nine-bedroom house at
155 Mansfield Court in West Athens which was once owned by their Master Teacher, Dr. Malachi Z.
York. The U.S. Marshals Service plans to auction off the house, one of two properties that were
seized after Dr. Malachi Z. Yorks conviction in January of 2004 (2 years after his arrest with no
possibility of bail on May 8th, 2002).
It has been reported that No one has lived in the mansion for years, since Dr. Malachi Z. York's
arrest in May of 2002. It was reported that two prospective buyers who inspected the property at
one time - Brad Stephens, a Duluth home builder, and David Felt, an Athens attorney - were considering a bid as partners to renovate the mansion and resell it for a profit.
The size of the 8,309-square-foot house might scare away buyers more than the lies about Dr.
Malachi Z. York, its previous owner, according to a Caucasian developer.
The minimum bid in the online auction, which closed at 3 p.m., was $420,000. As of late Tuesday
afternoon, auctioneers had only two bids, the latest a $445,000 offer for the house that was confiscated from Dr. Malachi Z. York who bought it in 1998 for $528,000. According to the Marshals Service, the house is assessed at $840,000.
Dr. Malachi Z. York, a native of Brooklyn, New York, started The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors
in New York City in the late 1960s. The Nuwaupians moved to Georgia in 1993, with about 500 of Dr.
Malachi Z. York's Adherents, settling on a 476-acre parcel of land in Eatonton, Georgia, called
TAMA-RE, or LITTLE EGIPT OF THE WEST EMBASSY.
In addition, according to the Mansfield Court property, Nuwaupians bought the former Ideal
Amusements Building on West Broad Street in Athens for $385,000.

The Putnam County Sheriffs Office was presented

a check after the sale of 476 Acres of land in Eatonton, Putnam County, Georgia for more than a halfmillion dollars, which were the proceeds from the
sale of property seized from the Nuwaupians and

Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills said he didnt
know if the $545,985 check would cover the
amount his department spent in the six-year investigation of York and resulting litigation.
We expended a great deal of money over those six
years, Sills said.

Sheriff Howard Richard Sills office was given
$545,895.00 from the illegal sale of The Nuwaupians 476-acres of land in Putnam County,
which was seized by the U.S. Federal Government
in August 2004 and sold in June of 2005 for more
than $1,000,000 (one million dollars). The IRS received about $99, 270 (ninety-nine thousand, two
hundred and seventy dollars) from the sale and
about $350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand
dollars) went to the Federal Bureau of Investigation
(F.B.I.).
In addition, about $750,000 to $1 million worth of
property and cash were seized in Athens from Dr.
Malachi Z. York, but they have not been liquidated
yet, said acting U.S. Attorney Pete Peterman.
When that property was sold, it was divided up into
similar proportions to the same conspiring agencies. To our knowledge the alleged victims didnt
get a dime. This is the same old Slavery actions
