The Mayor of New York City sent an Award Letter to Dr. Malachi Z. York and the ANSARULLAH COMMUNITY located on Bushwick Avenue, in New York. The Mayor commended Dr. York and his adherents for their success in cleaning up the Bushwick Avenue neighborhood from crime and drugs; thereby, making it a safer environment to live in. Seven people linked to the United Nu- waubian Nation of Moors have filed a fed- eral lawsuit against Putnam County Sher- iff Howard Sills, saying he did not act quickly enough on reports that children

were being molested at the group's head-

quarters.

Sills' delay in investigating the allegations

resulted in the plaintiffs' children suffering "great pain of mind and body," the com-

convicted of molestation and other charges earlier this year and was sen- tenced in April to 135 years in prison.

The six filings all consist of a one-page

complaint stating that on Sept. 25, 1998, officials with the state Division of Family

and Children Services informed Sills of

alleged molestation occurring at the g r o u p ' s r u r a l h e a d q u a r t e r s .

In June of 2005 Demolition crews in Putnam County started tearing down the Egiptian Monuments and housing of The Ancient Egip-

tian Order in what was the Sacred Land of the United Nuwaupian Nation.

The 476-acre parcel was seized in 2004 by the U.S. Government after Dr Malachi Z. York, The Master Teacher of the Nuwaupian Na- tion and a Nazdir, divine figure to its members, was falsely convicted of racketeering and on six baseless child molestation-related charges. There was no DNA evidence and the so-called victims have since signed and certified affidavits testifying that the child molestation charges were lies. Nevertheless Judge Ashley Royal sentenced Dr Malachi Z. York to 135 years in Federal Prison (The Belly of The Beast).

The 476 acres of Nuwaupian Land located in Eatonton, Putnam County, Georgia is a little more than an hour southeast of Atlanta, was sold Wednesday for $1,100,000 (one million, one hundred thousand dollars) to a developer, said U.S. Marshal's Service spokes- man, Dave Turner. The new owner, Milledgeville developer Lawson Lawrence, plans to sell the property soon. He said the rolling land made up of pasture, woods, and four lakes would be a perfect "retreat" for somebody.

It was reported that two prospective buyers who inspected the property at one time - Brad Stephens, a Duluth home builder, and David Felt, an Athens attorney - were consid- ering a bid as partners to renovate the mansion and resell it for a profit.

The size of the 8,309-square-foot house might scare away buyers more than the lies about Dr. Malachi Z. York, its previous owner, according to a Caucasian developer.

The minimum bid in the online auction, which closed at 3 p.m., was $420,000. As of late Tuesday afternoon, auctioneers had only two bids, the latest a $445,000 offer for the house that was confis- cated from Dr. Malachi Z. York who bought it in 1998 for $528,000. According to the Marshals Ser- vice, the house is assessed at $840,000.

Dr. Malachi Z. York, a native of Brooklyn, New York, started The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors in New York City in the late 1960s. The Nuwaupians moved to Georgia in 1993, with about 500 of Dr. Malachi Z. York's Adherents, settling on a 476-acre parcel of land in Eatonton, Georgia, called TAMA-RE, or “LITTLE EGIPT OF THE WEST EMBASSY”.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office was presented a check after the sale of 476 Acres of land in Eaton- ton, Putnam County, Georgia for more than a half- million dollars, which were the proceeds from the sale of property seized from the Nuwaupians and their Master Teacher, Dr. Malachi Z. York.

Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills said he didn’t know if the $545,985 check would cover the amount his department spent in the six-year inves- tigation of York and resulting litigation.

“We expended a great deal of money over those six years,” Sills said.

So, it is pristinely clear that the thefts of American white supremacist continue even now! Sheriff Howard Richard Sills’ office was given $545,895.00 from the illegal sale of The Nu- waupian’s 476-acres of land in Putnam County, which was seized by the U.S. Federal Government in August 2004 and sold in June of 2005 for more than $1,000,000 (one million dollars). The IRS re- ceived about $99, 270 (ninety-nine thousand, two hundred and seventy dollars) from the sale and about $350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand dollars) went to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.).

In addition, about $750,000 to $1 million worth of property and cash were seized in Athens from Dr. Malachi Z. York, but they have not been liquidated yet, said acting U.S. Attorney Pete Peterman.

When that property was sold, it was divided up into similar proportions to the same conspiring agen- cies. To our knowledge the alleged victims didn’t get a dime. This is the same old Slavery actions perpetrated against the African Ancestors of old.
