About unregular sizes, it depends on the actual width . How much the wastage there
would be appear.
The regular width are 485mm, 510mm, 550mm, 620mm, 650mm, 690mm, 730mm.
For example, if need 220mm, then we'll use 485mm master coil, then we have to slit
10mm away, the extra cost is around USD50/TON including slit charge.
It can not be indicated by %. You can proposal that if 10mm wastage, then add USD50,
for example.
The same formula applies to both aisi 201 and 304?
For 304 only.
For 201, it is around USD35.

2BB production:
aisi 430 = 80% brightness of BA ( BA min gloss 530)
aisi 304 = 60% brightness of BA ( BA min gloss 570)

and we have been shipping substantial quantise of aisi 304 2BB 0.9-1.9 * 1219 to italy

For 2BB, it is usd 50 pmt less.

OD means the outside diameter of the core of the coil. It is normally 508 or 610 mm. He
says larger OD means 610 mm.

In Wuxi, we purchase :
no.1 coil in aisi 304 and convert it to 2BB / BA.
Black coil in aisi 410 / 430 and convert to no.1, then to 2BB / BA.
Therefore, our aisi 400 series is more competitive eg Korea Posco is famous for BA but
we have been exporting to the Koean customers continuously.

Wuxi purchases hot rolled coil from e.g. Baosteel, POSCO, LISCO,

No. 1 coil and no. 4 finish, PVC, hairline, all available from Wuxi? YES. no.1 =
trading as we buy it regularly for ourselves and we have excess for export. We can

Can Wuxi produce any width less than 50mm? 25 mm+up

What is 410S? SAME?SIMILAR AS 410. I DO NOT KNOW EITHER BUT I
