Spearheaded an employee centric approach during massive and on-going downsizing of hundreds of
employees that resulted in 100% separation agreement signature completion; successfully managed
downsizing of client organization by over 250 employees in an 18-month period.
Designed and instituted a corporate wide leadership training program for all levels of management (175
managers) that resulted in average attendee satisfaction rate of 4.85 out of 5.0; expanded program
throughout U.S. as sole person in charge with full CEO support and participation in course offerings.
