Course Objectives:

1.To familiarize the students with the various aspects of Projects and key guidelines relevant
to project planning, analysis, financing, selection, implementation and review.
2.To develop basic understanding of project scheduling using network techniques.
3. To provide basic knowledge of risk and uncertainty analysis.
Course Outcomes:
