Meanwhile, from the evening classes, at least 15 children have joined formal schools from
the area where IGPs is running and according to the animator and the parents, the children are
doing well, as the animator and the working children’s teacher regularly do follow-up of
these children at the school and in their homes.

process we organize cooperative in this community and more members are women and they
are giving her saving and they are taking loan from this cooperative society in 20/2.L. we had
been given (150000) loan to this cooperative society before one year and we are taking
installments every month from cooperative members regularly. So now we have been
completed for cooperative members (12) installments and now we are planning for new loan
in follow up area 20/2.L.so some recovery is in balance so now we are taking recovery from
these members and we are preparing record and recovery detail of all members which has
taken loan from cooperative society. In first phase we were fifteen (15) members and loan
limit of every members was Rs.10.000 and this was decide that they shall return these amount
in (12) installments and every installment will be Rs.940 for every member of Naya Rasta
cooperative society . So phase first we have finished but some recovery still in the hands of
defaulters. In this month of Sep-Oct2009 we are working on Recovery because account
department of caritas Pakistan Faisalabad is checking record of recovery, saving. So this
month we complete Recovery detail foam and from the help of this foam we can understand
present situation of recovery and cooperative. In second phase cooperative gave loan to more
eight members for small business in 20/2.L Renala khurd. So this loan we gave from
Recovery which Recovery team collected from members. In this process we achieved many
progress against poverty and child labor. But with achievements we have to face some
weakness as defaulters so with the help of recovery team we are getting recovery from

Child labor coordinator visit and meeting with cooperative

In follow up area 20/2.L Renala khurd we visited to cooperative members house to house
which are not giving installments to cooperative society. Child labor coordinator said that
recovery team should work on recovery for those members who are not giving installments to
Naya Rasta Cooperative Society which is working in follow up area for child labor and small
business. So they met to defaulters and they asked reasons that why they are not giving
installments to cooperative society. She said that if these members shall not give installments
to cooperative society other members could not take benefits from more loans. Project
coordinator from caritas Faisalabad said that recovery team should take interest for Recovery.

In this visit and meeting area animator Asher Nazir and president of cooperative and
Recovery team members and LDC members were present. So all members decided that we
shall recover these installments from those members still which members are not giving to
cooperative society.

Child labor coordinator and project coordinator also visited small business which was
benefited by cooperative society and now they are earning money from his shops and they are
giving installments regular to cooperative society. With it caritas team visited child labor
school who is working in Renala khurd parish. So in this school they met with school teacher
and children and asked about school performance by school teacher and animator which are
working for it. In the last child labor coordinator and project coordinator decided that in
coming month cooperative society should give loan for those members which have paid all
installments to cooperative. Because this amount only they can use for small business which
business they are doing so aging they can took loan from cooperative society.
