ENVIROMECH ENGINEERS has been established by two

professional engineers Mr. Samir Ahmed Imtiyaz Atashbajiwala
and Mr. Talha Jafer Topiwala in 2014.Both engineers have wide
work experience in water and waste water treatment field.
Mr. Samir Ahmed is Qualified Mechanical Engineer
completed his bachelor of Engineering in 2009 with first division.
Also, He completed his professional degree course in Piping
Design & Engineering in 2011 from Maharashtra institute of
Technology with first division. He is very well versed in different
designing software like Auto CAD, REVIT MEP, Pipe Flow expert
and other engineering Designing Software. He has been worked
for very big name in environmental service providing company for
long years and done Designing and erection of different projects
of sewage treatment plant, effluent treatment plant, R O plant,
Incinerator system and etc.
Mr. Talha have been worked for Topiwala Fabrics as
electrical and electronics engineer. He has very wide experience
in control panel design, electrical cable layout and other electrical
services. He got his professional degree in Electronics and
communication engineering in 2010 from Rizvi College of
engineering with first class. He has completed his professional
course in embedded system from C-DAC and also has very wide
knowledge and experience in selection of Instruments used in
different projects according to Plant requirements.

1. RAIN WATER HARVESTING SYSTEM
Rainwater harvesting is a technique used for collecting, storing, and
using rainwater for landscape irrigation recharge of bore-well and other uses.
We are engaging in designing and erection of rain water harvesting system.
To collect water from roof and from ground after filtration, it is use for
recharging of bore well or to store. Whenever its requirement, It will be used.

2. SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

We design and fabricate Sewage treatment plant by both conventional
type and package type according to PCB norms. Generally, Package
treatment plant is fabricated up to range of 50 cum/hr. for more than 50
cum/hr, we provide conventional system. We are also give plant with
MBBR (moving bed Bio reactor), which consume less space as compared
to conventional system.

4. REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT (R O)

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a process that uses a pump and a semipermeable membrane to cause the separation of dissolved salts from a
liquid. The pump provides the driving force to the membrane that is
greater than the osmotic pressure of the liquid. The semi-permeable
membrane allows water and some ions to pass, but retains most of the
dissolved salts. The reverse osmosis membrane also removes more than
98% of residual biological and colloidal matter from the feed water,
resulting in a highly purified product stream.

APPLICATION OF R O (REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT)

To purify water or to concentrate and recover dissolved solids

To replace ion exchange, including sodium softening, to purify water for

use as boiler make-up to low to medium pressure boilers.

The use of RO prior to ion exchange can significantly reduce the

frequency of resign regeneration

De-salination of sea-water and brackish water for potable use.

5. DE-MINERALISED PLANT (D M PLANT)

Ion exchange is a Reversible process in which ions are released from an
insoluble permanent material (resin) in exchange for other ions in a
surrounding solution; the direction of the exchange depends upon the
affinities of the ion exchange for the ions present, and the concentration of
the ions in the solution.
The ion exchange process: In water treatment this process adds and
removes ions from water. In general the resin is used as the exchange site.
Resins are basically classified as either cationic or anionic. The choice of
resin for

a particular application will depend on the ion or ions

to be removed and recovered, and the chemistry of the process.

6. WATER SOFTNING PLANT.
Hard water is frequently unsuitable for many industrial and domestic
purposes. When water is referred to as 'Hard' it simply means, that it
contains excess of calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) Ions than normal water.
Carbonate hardness is known as temporary hardness and non-carbonate
hardness is known as permanent hardness.
The degree of hardness of the water increases, when more calcium and
magnesium ions are dissolves. These ions have their origins in limestone
sediments and also from carbon dioxide which is present in all waters
exposed to the atmosphere and especially in ground water. The easiest way
to soft the hard water is through Ion exchange process.
