WOMAN ENTREPRENEUR IN INDIA

The country which is called or resemble itself as a bharat mata ,called itself a mother land
for all is none other than India .India from its inception renowned with the woman leader
Ranni Lakmi Bai . Entrepreneurship is different from leadership ,as it not only lead the Unit
but also create new jobs for the nation .It play a major role in our society .
Entrepreneurship in India is most likely seen as man dominating field but this is changing
,as we are having Indra Nooyi of pepsio ,chanda kochar md and ceo of icici bank,naina lal
kidwai hsbc bank country head,etc .They all are not from billionaire families ,they succeeds
from their own .
With the changing World ,India too is changing with the woman power because without
woman power India will lack 50% .Entrepreneurship needs calmness and woman are
having this quality in ample amount as they manage the house with so many small
problems with a single mind. So it will be a huge benefit for the country to have woman as
its head.
According to SEBI there must be a single director as female in all companies ,since it has
came into effect all companies need to have at least one female director .This will provide
responsibilities to woman to promote its quality in front of all. Government involvement is
must in this regard ,as in company their might be a discrimination towards female
leadership.
Government is planning for so many smart cities ,and without smart lady entrepreneur it will
not be smart at all .Since to be smart one need to be smart in all respect. India with its
capability will have more Indra Nooyi in future if all goes well.

My Dear Mohan,
Hope you are well ,since you had completed your graduation ,it will be best time to start
preparing for the competitive exams .Now a days the corporates are not providing any job
security and if you like serve country ,then I will suggest you to prepare for arm force like
navy ,army and airforce . Since you have 80 % of marks till now ,hope marks will not be a
problem .
And if you like to go in finance field I will suggest to go for SBI PO , IBPS and RRB PO &
CLERK . Its now the booming field where you can get a good salary and security too.
All you need to practice your school level maths and English and new subject is reasoning
And general awareness. You can do well , that why I am writing this letter with this hope.
