• Develop and execute the strategy of the Teach to Fish in Zambia to

achieve objectives agreed in partnership with stakeholders

• Develop a trusted relationship and dialogue with stakeholders based on a

track record of delivering results that exceed expectations in speed and
quality

• Strategically build and leverage strong, effective relationships with key

partners

• Liaise with the Board and work closely with other teams within the
organization to ensure the organization’s capabilities are fully leveraged

• Oversee all written commitments and/or contracts binding TTF Zambia,

and the management of all TTF Zambia assets and belongings
