Broken Bow Evangelical Free Church
Our staff, elders, deacons, deaconesses, and other ministry leaders developed these
preliminary goals for the next 12 months, along with objectives, action steps, target dates, and
responsible persons (available on request).
Discipleship Begin to MAKE DISCIPLES through Launching Multipliers

Train 1 person as an Assistant Chairman for each ministry who can take
over in 3 years

To abolish the library as it is and turn it into a resource center for the
pastors and SS material. Area as a meeting/ conference room
Pipe in the AM service through the sound system.

Add Rick Ensrud on our supported missionary list at budget time.
Subtract 2 missionaries from our supported list at budget time.
Find new missions chairman. Ask for help.

DivorceCare Ministry

Work on ways to connect families inside and outside of the church together.
Further discussion with Todd Becker Foundation for this year's outreach
event.
Find a couple with a heart for divorced individuals
Find one more person, possibly a male, to help with the Ministry when
needed.

Cubbies Our primary goal at Cubbies is to reach children with the love of Jesus and

help them to learn that Jesus Loves Me (Cubbies motto.)

Our new goal for the next AWANA year is to reach out to the families of our
children.
Within one year, the SPARKS co-directors and leaders will work to connect
with each of the SPARKY families on a personal level.
The gospel message and invitation will be given at least four times during
the 2015/2016 SPARKS year.
Within one year, the co-directors of SPARKS will invite one-two young
individuals/parents to help/assist on Wednesday evenings.
Within one year, the SPARKS will be participating in a Missions Project.
Reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him.
