Group

 Developed the Business Plan and Feasibility Plan for opening a


Branch in the State of Kuwait.
 Actively helping the Quality Assurance Manager in the submission of
the draft for the Dubai Quality & Excellence Award (following the
“EFQM” (European Foundation for Quality Management) Model.
 Developed the Marketing and Communication Plan for opening a
Branch in the Sultanate of Oman
 Developed the Business Plan & Feasibility Study of opening a Branch
in the Sultanate of Oman, and supported the launch of its
operations.
 Developed the Business Plan, Short Business Case, and Feasibility
Study for opening a Branch in Qatar
 Drafted a Business and Operational Plan for a Primary Health
Program for the Dubai Health Authority (This project was stopped at
a later stage by the Dubai Government).
 Managed the “Restructuring of NEXtCARE Production Department”,
system wise.
 Developed Policies and Procedures for all Departments and
Functions of NEXtCARE.
 Developed and worked on a set of policies and procedures for the
company.
