• Consults with Director & General manager.


• Routine Inspection schedule of kitchen and restaurant area.
• Look after the hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen & restaurant area.
• Appointment of chefs, captain, waiters and other kitchen staff.
• Making menu, introducing new cuisine.
• Identifies training needs, develop and implementing training programmes.
• Preparing food & beverage annual budget.
• Control on consumption and purchasing of new items in both the
department.
• Preparing departmental strategic plans and goals.
• Maintaining open channels of communication with other department heads.
• Ensuring quality in all aspect of department, both among the staff and in
their work.
