Describe the major duties of the position. For each row that is completed, the Duties and Know

Each statement should begin with an action verb which describes the role or purpose in the organization.

Decision Making Section


Describe the types of decisions made by the position without prior approval. For example: Develops

Problem Solving Section


Problem Solving is the original thinking required by the job for analyzing, evaluating, creating, reasoning, arriving at, and
making conclusions. Problem Solving consists of the mental processes involved in identifying, defining and resolving a problem
as well as the environment or constraints in which the thinking takes place. Provide 3 or 4 examples.
