Implemantation, Price and delivery

Izvrenje Ugovora, cena I isporuka

The implementation period shall run from the

date of contract signature by both parties, and the
time limits for delivery shall be Maz 22nd , 2015.
Incoterm applicable shall be FCA, excluding
VAT and other taxes

Ugovor stupa na snagu datumom potpisivanja

od obe strane, a krajnji rok isporuke je
22.05.2015. Incoterms pravilo koji se
primenjuje je FCA, izuzimajui PDV I ostale
takse.

Total price excluding VAT is EUR 1.760,00
(2) The unit price excluding VAT is EUR

Total price excluding VAT is EUR 15.900,00
(3) Delivery cost in total: EUR 300,00
Summary price excluding VAT for both

Payment will be defined by seller`s Invoice and
should be executed by Buyer not longer than 3
calendar days from delivery.

Plaanje ce biti definisano u fakturi Prodavca
a od strane Kupca e uslediti najkasnije tri
dana od dana isporuke.

Dispute Settlement and signing of the

Contract

All disputes arising out of this contract

related to its violation, termination or nullity
shall be finally settled by agreement and
positive will of both sides. In case of
disagreement, if disputes are complained
from Seller , Gosa Solko company,
Serbia(such us late or refuse execution of
payment etc),, it will be settled under the
Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation of the
Arbitrage Court of Serbian Trade Chamber.
In case that complains are expressed in
behalf of Buyer, Unit Export Ltd, Great
Britain , (such us late delivery or damaged
goods), the sustainable British institution will
be in charge to settled it under British official
Law and regulations.
Done in English/serbian in for originals , two
for each side. In case of any disputes, English

version will prevail.

Contract should be signed and stamped only
by persons of both sides who are fully
authorized and legally responsible.

Reavanje sporova
Sva sporna pitanja koja proistiu iz Ugovora a
tiu se krenja, okonanja ili ponitenja istog
obe strane e reavati sporazumno i uz
obostranu dobru volju. U sluaju
nesporazuma , ako je spor pokrenut od
Prodavca, kompanije Gosa Solko iz Srbije
(kao to je kanjenje ili odbijanje plaanja i
sl) bie reavana u okviru pravila Arbitranog
Suda Privredne Komore Srbije
U sluaju da albu uputi Kupac, Unit Export
Ltd, Velika Britanija )kao to je kanjenje u
isporuci ili oteenje dobara), odgovarajua
britanska institucija bie nadlena da ih reava
u okviru britanskih zakona i pravila.
Ugovor je sainjen u 4 originala, dva za svaku
ugovornu stranu. U sluaju nesporazuma,
engleska verzija e prevladati.
Ugovor e biti potpisan i overen samo od
ovlaenih I pravno sposobnih osoba.
