This online application service is provided by ApplyYourself, Inc. ("ApplyYourse
lf"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hobsons, Inc. ApplyYourself provides online a
pplication services for educational and other institutions. Your use of this ser
vice, or any other ApplyYourself services, is subject to the terms and condition
s contained herein. By accessing or using this online application, you agree to
be bound by these terms and conditions. ApplyYourself may revise these terms and
conditions at any time, and any revisions shall be binding upon you and your fu
ture access to the online application. You should therefore visit this posting t
o review the terms and conditions from time to time as you access or use the onl
ine application.
USE OF ONLINE APPLICATION
You may use your online application for the sole purpose of applying electronica
lly to an educational institution that has engaged ApplyYourself to provide the
online application service. You agree to provide true and accurate information a
bout yourself. You will not impersonate any other person or attempt to access an
other user's account under any circumstance.
Access to the online application is available through a unique User Name and pas
sword that will be created for you in the 'create account' process. You are resp
onsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account User Name and passwo
rd. If you forget your User Name or password, please use the "Technical Support"
link located on the online application login screen to submit a request to our
technical support staff to obtain your information. Please include the following
information in your request: Full name, email address (under which you register
ed your account), date of birth, institution(s) to which you are applying and wh
at information you need (User Name and/or password). If you believe your User Na
me and/or password have been compromised or your account has experienced unautho
rized access, it is your responsibility to notify ApplyYourself as soon as possi
ble at https://app.hobsons.co.uk/AYContactHelpDesk/ExtUserTechSupport_FAQ.asp.
You agree to abide by any security standards of ApplyYourself. Under these stand
ards, you shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apply

Yourself system (data, materials, information, computer systems, networks, datab

ases or servers) through hacking, password mining or by any other means. You agr
ee never to obtain, or attempt to obtain, through the ApplyYourself system, any
information regarding the status of your online application or admission to the
institution through any means other than a screen display within the online appl
ication or through accessibility by a visible link. Any such attempt shall subje
ct you to immediate sanction by ApplyYourself and potentially the institution to
which you are applying and termination from access to the site, among other san
ctions.
You agree not to use any device, software or routine that may interfere in any w
ay with the functioning of the online application system, or take any action tha
t is deemed by ApplyYourself, in its sole and absolute discretion, to impose any
unreasonable burden or load on the ApplyYourself systems.
This site provides links and pointers to websites and documents of other institu
tions. Because ApplyYourself does not operate and has no control over these site
s and documents, ApplyYourself is not responsible for your ability to access the
se sites via the Internet. Further, ApplyYourself does not endorse products, cou
rses, services, or information provided by other institutions on these sites.
Accordingly, ApplyYourself is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly,
for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with,
use or reliance on any user or other content, goods, courses or services availa
ble on or through any other site.
YOUR DATA
Any data you provide and save in your application will be immediately available
to the institution to view and access. The institution will not review your appl
ication in its entirety until you submit it. Once you submit the application, yo
u relinquish all rights in the application and it becomes the sole and absolute
property of the institution. The institution may modify your application accordi
ng to the institution's needs and internal policies. ApplyYourself does not revi
ew your application or play any role in the institution's admissions process.
Your in-progress application account will be kept active for 1 year following yo
ur last date of access. After this period of time, your User Name and password w
ill remain valid, but your application data will be removed.
LAWS AND REGULATIONS
Access and use of the online application is subject to all applicable federal, s
tate and local laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of this service is prohibi
ted and violators can be prosecuted under federal and state laws. Virginia law a
nd Federal law will govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and
conditions. If any provision or term of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, v
oid, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision or term shall be deeme
d severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforc
eability of the remaining provisions or terms.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK INFORMATION
All information contained in the online application is protected by copyright la
w. ApplyYourself or the institutions owns copyrights in the selection, coordinat
ion, arrangement and enhancement of such information, as well as in the content
original to it. Any modification, transmittal, publication, participation in the

icable, local law, ApplyYourself disclaims all warranties, express or implied, i
ncluding, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose. ApplyYourself does not warrant that the functions cont
ained in the website or the online application will be uninterrupted or error-fr
ee, that any defects will be corrected, or that this website, or the servers on
which this site is hosted, are free of viruses or other harmful components, nor
does it make any warranty as to the timeliness or accuracy of the results that m
ay be obtained by using the online application service, or as to the accuracy, r
eliability or content of any information or service provided through the ApplyYo
urself online application and service.
All responsibility and risk for your use of the site, use of the Internet in gen
eral, and use of the information posted by you or accessed by you and for your c
onduct on and off the site is assumed by you. These risks may include, but are n
ot limited to, the risk of physical harm, of dealing and communicating with stra
ngers, with persons inside or outside the jurisdiction of the United States, wit

You agree to hold ApplyYourself (and its officers, directors, employees, or agen
ts) harmless from and against any indirect damages whatsoever (including, withou

nterruption) that result from or arise out of a connection with any documents po
sted by you, or the use or access to, or the inability to use or access, the sit

egal theory, and whether or not ApplyYourself is cognizant of the possibility of
such damages.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liabili

so be held harmless for any direct damages in excess in the aggregate of U.S. $1

Due to the nature of these Terms of Use, in addition to monetary damages, ApplyY
ourself shall be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of these Terms of Us
e by you. ApplyYourself shall use reasonable efforts to provide you with timely
notice of any claim, suit, or proceeding and may assist you, at your expense and
upon your election, in defending any such suit, claim or proceeding.
