JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Analysis of routine sample for API’S – finished products, initial and

in process by HPLC and GC
• Responsible for Analysis of Assay BY HPLC, Related Substances by
HPLC.
• Method validation as per standard operating procedure.
• Working Standard Maintenance & analysis.
• Responsible for Calibration like HPLC, GC, UV-VIS
Spectrophotometer, pH
Meter, polar meter, KF Titrator and digital balances Etc.
• I have knowledge about Stability and validation by HPLC,GC
• Stability study of API intermediates etc.
• Preparation of documents like Certificate of analysis, protocol etc
