Admit letter already sent through Email which contains password and other details, Admit Letter with Examination Password of the
individual candidates is also available for download under Member Login.

Admit Letter down loaded from the web site will not have the Examination Password for Online Mode examination, the same will be
automatically sent to the email id of the candidate, those who have not received the same can contact their respective Zonal Office of the
Institute for the Examination Password. Examination Password will not be provided on the day of the examination either by the Zonal
Offices/CO or at the Test Centre.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE CANDIDATES
1. This Admit Letter is issued subject to the Examination Rules of the Institute.
2. This Admit Letter is valid only for the examination and centre/venue mentioned over leaf.
3. Candidates have to carry, without fail, this Admit Letter along with permanent Membership Identity Card or any other valid ID proof
bearing Photo & Signature (Original) for producing them to the Examination Conducting Authority each time at the examination venue for
identification. In the absence of the Admit Letter and Identity Card, candidates will be denied permission to write the Examination.
4. In case of non-receipt of Admit Letter through email, the same will be available from the respective Zonal offices of the Institute on request.

Admit letter also can be downloaded from Institute's web site www.iibf.org.in, 1 week before the commencement of the examination.
5. Mobile Phones are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. Institute will not make any arrangement for safe keep of Mobile
Phones. Candidates are advised not to carry Mobile Phones to the examination venue. Candidate with Mobile Phone will not be
allowed to enter examination hall. Candidate found in possession of Mobile Phone during examination will be treated as having
resorted to unfair means and will be liable for action as per the Rules of the Examination.
6. Use of calculator having upto 6 function and 12 digits is only permitted, subject to other guidelines in this regard given in the rules / syllabus
of the examination. Scientific or Financial Calculators are not permitted at the examination hall.
7. Candidates should not possess and / or use books, notes, periodicals, etc. in the examination hall at the time of examination / or use
mathematical tables, slide rules, stencils etc. during the examination.
8. Candidates are advised to reach the Examination Venue at least 30 minutes before commencement of the examination.
9. No candidate will be permitted to enter the Examination Venue/hall after expiry of 15 minutes and to leave the hall in the first 30 minutes
from the scheduled commencement of the examination.
10. Candidates would be able to login to the system only with the password mentioned in this Admit Letter. This password should not be
disclosed to others. Keep it safe to avoid the possible misuse.
11. If the examination could not commence on scheduled time or there is delay due to Failure of power, Technical snag of whatsoever nature or
for any such reason having bearing upon the conduct of examination; candidates have to :Wait till resumption of power supply/solving of technical snag.
Take-up the examination at other venue arranged by the examination conducting authority.
Follow instructions given by the examination conducting authority.
12. Candidates are required to strictly follow all the instructions given by the examination conducting authority during the examination and
adhere to Rules of the examination.
13. Candidates are requested to read the instructions / information about ON-LINE examination before appearing for the examinations. The
instructions are available on the homepage of Institute's website "www.iibf.org.in" under the link "INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION ABOUT
ON-LINE/OFF-LINE EXAMINATIONS OF THE INSTITUTE" given under the head EXAM RELATED.
14. Violation of any of the Rules / Instructions, misuse of the Admit Letter will be considered to be an act of serious misconduct and the
Institute will take action as per the Rules of the examination, which will also be reported to the employer of the candidate.
15. Institute will be issuing consolidated mark sheet cum completion memorandum to candidates who have passed all subjects of JAIIB/CAIIB
EXAMINATION. As regards candidates who have not passed all subjects, printed result advices (original as well as duplicate) will NOT be
issued but the same will be available on Institute's website 'www.iibf.org.in', in printable form once the results are declared. Candidates are
requested to download the same.
