Business Development Manager;
• Engage with International Contractors for alliance/joint venture/teaming arrangements to pursue major
projects and tendering, extensive negotiation/finalizing contractual/JV/consortium agreements.
• Explore market opportunities, associate with partners for new market services.
• Monitor the market for tendered projects. Pre-Qualify company with major clients for tendering, supervise
and review pre qualification submittals. Assist in proposal & tendering, pursue prospects and negotiate price offers
with clients and provide direction on winning.
• Develop and build relations with major clients, promote company capabilities Attend, arrange meetings for the
Chairman with key clients for relationship building and business cooperation.
• Maintain client and project database, gather intelligence and follow up with clients on present and future
prospects. Generate, review and communicate prospect status reports and pursuant strategies with the Chairman
and Profit Center Managers. SAP implementation.

• Review existing and proposed roadway plans, preliminary traffic control, signing and pavement marking plans,
and related signals works, assist in proposals and manpower/resources determination. Communicate with clients
design services for new developments, traffic congestion solutions.
• Open new markets. Develop client relations, source new opportunities and maintain close follow up with clients
on submittals. Follow up on possible leads, participate in GO/NO GO, provide direction for pursuit/capture
strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with the U.S on potential leads in the Middle East and ways forward. Provide
support to Operation Managers in the Middle East Region. Promote capabilities, organize, prepare, and deliver
presentation to various clients.
• Maintain client contacts and strengthen business ties. Responsible for managing Middle East Pivotal prospects.
Coordinate and assist in Executive Proposal Reviews. Coordinate meetings with key clients’ decision makers and
Parsons U.S Senior Management.

• Open new doors, meet new clients for business opportunities. Liaise with potential customers, consultants and
contractors, promote company business activities, deal with major clients on personal basis. Develop relations and
establish business partners that have influence on the accomplishment of objectives.
• Source business opportunities, jobs to bid/quote for. Keep close follow up with clients on future contracts.
• Pre-qualifying company business activities with government agencies, Oil & Gas Industry and major clients
for projects bidding and quotation inquiries. Follow up with Main Contractors on awarded projects as
subcontractor or for supply of material (Bechtel, Technip, Chiyoda, Snamprogetti, JGC, NPCC…. and local
contractors).
• Responsible for compiling price offers. Monitor competition price, closely follow up on price offers made to
clients, negotiate final contract price, payment conditions, delivery, and close on deals.
• Act as financial controller / project coordinator; with main contractors, consultants and client. Resolve
disputes/pending issues. Review/prepare and negotiate contract agreements with clients. Participate in preparing
and finalize consortium agreements for tender bidding.
• Source out project's material suppliers, negotiate material cost for various products (locally/internationally).
Source out suppliers for market collaboration, negotiate & finalize exclusive agreements.
