In developing our ESK Sampling Kit we toured labs, kitchens, food service areas,
manufacturing floors, and other areas. We spoke with people in a wide range of professions
and positions. From those conversations we developed standard ESK kits (see media
listed, no. 5 at right). We believe these will meet most of the needs of the industries that
conduct environmental sampling. If not, our R&D department is under the same roof (or at
least in the same complex!) as our manufacturing. We are always happy to work with our

Our PurFlock swabs are a great example. The flock fibers are fully integrated with the
handle by our proprietary manufacturing process so there are no heavy adhesives to
interfere with bonding or with sample collection. The CDC has recommended sampling
be done with synthetic tip materials and our flock swabs are ideal for those applications.
